Ooh! I use Firefox. I have something called VideoDownloader through Firefox but I have no idea how to use it.
And Frosty... .mp3 recorder like Audacity? I have that, but I don't know if that's what you mean.

That site isn't working for me for some reason... And Audacity is a bitch. I try to record shit, but it's always too quiet and it picks up outside noise. ... I suck at computers, just so you know.

No. I just use the Firefox cache. Once the song is done go into the cache & save the file. & done.

that only works with .mp3 files, not stream files.

-_________- All you have to do is listen to the song on their player & then get the file.
Or am I like, totally stupid for doing it the way I do it?
Must be.

What is a cache and how do you get to it?

maybe not, the way I know it is that .swf files and .mp3's are saved, but not streamed file.
Cache is located in C:/documents and settings then you have to allow hidden files under OPTIONS [or tools] folder options, [check show hidden files] then LOCAL SETTINGS will appear then open that folder then click TEMPORARY INTERNET FOLDER

Hmmm, I got all the way to checking 'show hidden files and folders' but local settings didn't appear. Will this be a problem if I'm on the school's network?

are you sure your selecting LINE IN and not MIC when selecting where to record from? I did a search through the Audacity Help and it showed me where I'm supposed to click to change the recording device... but on my program, it doesn't have the drop down menu. On the Mixer Toolbar, there's supposed to be a slider for the output volume, a slider for the recording volume [both of which I have] and then there's supposed to be a control for the input source, but I don't have that for some reason. Teh fail.
